The great crunch with the little seeds give it an exciting texture. It's only claim to goodness is what it's not. Really all it is enriched flour and oil. I should've checked the label before buying. Nice taste, but box size is highly deceptive - you only get about half the amount that you think you are buying. Also, since this brand is meant to be considerate of "nature", I can't see why they'd not want to reduce unnecessary packaging. -Jenga on 4/1/2009 Report This
