BEAT egg, milk and oil in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add pancake mix and 1/2 cup of the granola; mix well. Let
stand 5 min.
MEANWHILE, preheat large nonstick griddle or skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle, using
about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
SERVE topped evenly with the bananas, remaining 1/2 cup granola and the syrup.
Makes 4 servings, two topped pancakes each.
