PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Combine 1 cup of the granola and the yogurt; set aside. Mix flour, baking powder,
baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time,
mixing well after each addition. Blend in yogurt mixture. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended.
POUR two-thirds of the batter into 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray;
sprinkle with remaining 1 cup granola. Top with remaining batter.
BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.;
remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes 16 servings.
Special Extra:
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. Fill center of cake with fresh berries.
