Baked Churro Crackers

Churro flavor in cracker form? Sign us up. Crispy, buttery Back to Nature Classic Rounds are tossed in cinnamon sugar and baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Back to Nature Classic Round Crackers
- ⅔ cup dairy-free butter
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Line a 12 x 18 baking tray with parchment. Fill the baking tray with Back to Nature Classic Round Crackers and evenly spread flat across the tray leaving a little gap in-between each round. This will likely use half the bag, leaving the other half to enjoy as is.
- Add butter to a small pot over medium-high heat and let it melt. Mix in brown sugar and bring to a boil, stirring consistently.Once boiling, take off heat. Continue stirring, and as the mix cools, add cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir thoroughly, being careful not to let it burn or stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Once mixture thickens, immediately pour over Back to Nature Classic Round Crackers. Spread evenly and bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until the churro mixture starts to bubble.
- Remove from oven and top with additional sugar and cinnamon as desired. Let cool.
- Once hardened, break off the churro crackers and enjoy! If storing, keep in a sealed container.
