Onion & Brussels Sprout Flatbread Crackers

Heavy app? Light meal? Girl dinner? (Yeah, yeah, we know the trend is over.) Back to Nature Flatbread Crackers make the perfect base for garlicky cream cheese and savory roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1 red red onion
- 2 shallots
- 8 brussel sprouts
- 1 Tbs oil of choice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup plant-based cream cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ Tbs each fresh parsley, dill, and green onions.
- 6 Back to Pink Himalayan Salt Flatbread Crackers or Multigrain Flatbread Crackers
- Fresh dill to garnish
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a small baking sheet with parchment and add sliced red onion, shallots, and brussel sprouts. Lightly coat with oil. Season with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and ½ tsp garlic powder.
- Bake for 15 minutes or airfry for 10 minutes or until veggies are fully roasted and lightly browned.
- In a small mixing bowl add plant-based cream cheese, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder and ½ Tbs each of parsley, dill, and green onions. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Top the Back to Nature Flatbread Crackers with the herb cream cheese mixture and the roasted veggies. Serve warm and enjoy.
