Chocolate Chunk Cookie Fudge

Vegan fudge? With Chocolate Chunk Cookies?! Yep, you heard right. Perfect for the holidays or just for fun.
Ingredients:
- 1 11 oz can of sweetened condensed oat or coconut milk
- 10 oz dark chocolate
- 2 Tbs vegan butter
- ⅔ cup Back to Nature Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- Holiday sprinkles for garnish.
Instructions:
- In a pan on low to medium heat, add sweetened condensed oat milk, dark chocolate, and vegan butter and melt, stirring continuously.
- Crush up ½ cup of Back to Nature Chocolate Chunk Cookies and add to melted chocolate mix.
- Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment. Crush up the rest of the cookies and add half of them to the bottom of the pan.
- Pour in the fudge mix. Top with additional cookies and holiday sprinkles.
- Chill for at least two hours. Cut and enjoy.
- Store in the fridge.
