Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies give this vegan shake its signature mint chocolate kick. You could say this shake recipe sham-ROCKS, whether it's St. Paddy's Day or you're just craving a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 4 Fudge Mint Cookies
- 1 cup dairy-free ice cream
- 3 tbsp plant-based milk
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- ½ tsp spirulina or 2-3 drops plant-based food coloring
- Dairy-free whipped cream, to garnish
- Maraschino cherries, to garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender cup, add in three Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies, dairy-free ice cream, plant-based milk, peppermint extract, and spirulina. Blend until desired color and thickness.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream, another Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookie, and a maraschino cherry to top. Enjoy!
