- ½ tsp cinnamon
Peanut Butter Pumpkin
- 10 Back to Nature Peanut Butter Creme Cookies
- 2 Tbs dairy-free cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Decorations
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chunks
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Candy eyes
- Mini chocolate chips
- Back to Nature Classic Creme Cookies
- Cake pop sticks
Instructions:
- Crush cookies (using a food processor is recommended but not required) until finely crumbled. Mix with dairy-free cream cheese, vanilla, and spice.
- Roll into bite-size balls (using 10 cookies should make about 10 balls).
- Chill for 30 minutes in the freezer.
- To decorate, melt dark chocolate chunks and coconut oil
- Stick a cake pop stick into each ball and swirl in melted chocolate.
- Pull a Classic Creme cookie apart to get just the chocolate cookie piece. Gently break it in half to get two half-circle shapes. Gently stick each half into the ball for wings.
- Add candy eyes for eyes and mini chocolate chips for ears - use clean tweezers if needed to stick eyes and ears in place.
- Stick into a cake pop stand or chunk of styrofoam and let dry.
- Enjoy and store in the fridge.
