Decorations

Instructions:
  • Crush cookies (using a food processor is recommended but not required) until finely crumbled. Mix with dairy-free cream cheese, vanilla, and spice.
  • Roll into bite-size balls (using 10 cookies should make about 10 balls).
  • Chill for 30 minutes in the freezer.
  • To decorate, melt dark chocolate chunks and coconut oil
  • Stick a cake pop stick into each ball and swirl in melted chocolate.
  • Pull a Classic Creme cookie apart to get just the chocolate cookie piece. Gently break it in half to get two half-circle shapes. Gently stick each half into the ball for wings.
  • Add candy eyes for eyes and mini chocolate chips for ears - use clean tweezers if needed to stick eyes and ears in place.
  • Stick into a cake pop stand or chunk of styrofoam and let dry.
  • Enjoy and store in the fridge.
