Retro Overnight Icebox Cake

This blast-from-the-past vegan recipe combines Back to Nature Double Classic Creme Cookies with whipped creme. It's a cake that makes itself in the fridge!
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of Double Classic Creme Sandwich Cookies
- 1 9oz container of dairy-free whipped topping
- ½ cup plant-based milk of choice
Instructions:
- Grab a standard loaf pan (Although any size container will work!)
- Dip a cookie into the milk for a few seconds. Add to your pan.
- Create a whole base layer of cookies in your pan. Add a thin layer of whipped topping onto the cookies.
- Continue layering cookies and whipped topping until the top of your pan. Your last layer should be a thick layer of whipped topping.
- Crush a few of the cookies left and top the cake with the crushed cookies.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to overnight.
- Serve and enjoy! Keep refrigerated. Freeze shortly before serving if you want it to be more solid.
